Convention Bumps are Over

See RCP. The DNC bump and the RNC bump (really more of a Palin Bump) are pretty much over, and we’re right back where we were before either convention started, with the trend running slightly Democratic yet again. Note to Mr. Dawntreader: So much for your “New Surge.”
