Have I mentioned how much I love Dahlia Lithwick’s writing? She is the best legal reporter in the business. Today she manages to make a case about Canadian tax law interesting. It is typical Lithwick: sharp, witty, humanizing towards the Justices, clear in its explanation of the law, and generally a great read.
